简介:

 

李彩虹,博士、硕导,437必赢会员中心生物化学与分子生物学副教授。兼任广东省生物化学与分子生物学学会第十一届理事会理事(2023-2028)。担任广东省自然科学各类项目评审专家。

长期从事天然活性物质抗肿瘤抗炎抗菌及其作用机制研究。目前主要研究方向为功能性食品理化性质、食品营养与慢性病、天然活性物质用于对虾等海产品保鲜及作用机制等。主持广东省自然科学基金1项,广东省中医药管理局科研基金2项,广东省医学科研基金、湛江市科研项目各1项、校级科研项目4项,作为项目组核心成员参与国家自然科学基金项目2项,主持广东省教育科学规划课题、广东省本科高校教学质量与教学改革工程项目、广东省协同育人校企合作项目等各1项。以第一作者或通讯作者发表科研论文44篇,其中SCI论文11篇,EI论文6篇、中文核心8篇等。获中国商业联合会科学技术一等奖(第2)和三等奖(第2)各1项,获广东省农业技术推广二等奖(第四)。
